The concept of "Arting Every Day" has been at the core of my artistic journey for years. It isn't just a catchy phrase—it's a philosophy that guides my daily life, a commitment to creativity, and a way to stay deeply connected to my art. Whether it’s picking up a paintbrush, capturing the world through my lens, or transforming thoughts into poetry, "Arting Every Day" is about the pursuit of constant exploration and expression.

The world is a complicated place, filled with fleeting moments that can be beautiful, harsh, joyful, or chaotic. The idea behind "Arting Every Day" is to embrace these moments, to find something each day worth exploring, interpreting, or simply celebrating through art. There are no rules about what that art should be, or how polished or perfect it needs to look. It’s about allowing myself the freedom to make mistakes, to experiment, and to document my own evolution as an artist.

The motivation behind this practice comes from my belief that art—in whatever form it takes—should be shared with the world, not locked away. It's easy to let perfectionism or fear of judgment keep you from putting yourself out there, but I've found that the act of sharing my work is both an essential part of the creative process and a powerful motivator. When I create, whether it’s an abstract painting, a Lo-Fi photograph, or a digital reimagining of a familiar landscape, I don't let it sit idle. It gets shared, published, and offered to others who might connect with it in their own way.

My long-standing series and collections are a testament to this philosophy. From the raw, candid shots of my Lo-Fi fine art photography, to the dynamic abstractions of my paintings, to the tender portraits of performers and artists—each piece is a product of a day spent "arting." My photography series, including the decade-long Burlesque collection and portraits of women artists, grew out of this need to document and celebrate authentic human stories. The same goes for my fine art photography collections using Lo-Fi cameras, capturing the unfiltered beauty of simple, honest moments.

The "Arting Every Day" approach isn’t about waiting for inspiration to strike. Instead, it’s about showing up for myself as an artist every single day, even when the world feels uncertain or heavy. It's about transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary by simply being present with my tools—my camera, my paints, my words. It’s the kind of practice that builds discipline, but more importantly, it builds joy. It creates a space where every day is an opportunity for something new—a new angle, a new perspective, a new way of seeing the world.

By publishing my work consistently, I invite others to be part of my journey.
